Have you ever second-guessed yourself or felt scared about a decision … even though you knew “logically” that there wasn’t really anything to fear? I’ve been there and done it too. We’ve all felt that way at some point, and fortunately, we don’t have to stay there.
The answer to feeling better or growing to another level (in a fun and natural way) is found in where we are investing our Trust.
When we are in new territory, it will feel scary … if we’re trying to find our answers or assurances in our memory banks. Why? Because when it’s new, we haven’t done it yet. So, the answers are not found inside memory. We can’t retrieve something that isn’t there yet. But we can find what we’re looking for when we use the imagination in a powerful way.
We find assurances and security when we’re cultivating faith or trust in our desired good. We can either trust in our desired good and imagine amazing outcomes or … we can mentally rehearse bad-news scenarios. It’s a choice.
Fear or worry means that we are scaring ourselves by what we’re currently imagining or thinking about.
Enthusiasm, hope, excitement and other forward-moving feelings tell us that we are cultivating perspectives that allow us to have what we really want…
Yay and thank goodness for this powerful inner guidance.
So, here’s a feel-good, trust-building declaration to use if you’d like an extra boost of awesome.
I Trust In My Desired Good
I know that I am one with the intelligent creative energy that is everywhere present. So, I am immersed in wellbeing and it permeates who I am and what I think and do. For I am divinely guided!
I place my faith in my heartfelt dreams and desires and have faith in my ability to receive them with absolute joy and ease.
I trust in wellbeing and happily allow Spiritual and Scientific Law to manage the details. I trust and know that everything is always working out for me!
I release this powerful declaration knowing that it is done in divine perfection.
And so it is!
